Forvis Mazars is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team. The role combines business development, proposal coordination and project management support to shape how we deliver global solutions to multinational clients.

You will work with global client leads, local country teams, technical specialists and project managers to coordinate complex international proposals, transition new engagements to delivery teams, and monitor milestones

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Approximately 1–5 years of relevant experience, depending on seniority.
• Experience in business development, proposal or bid coordination, PMO, project coordination, finance, accounting or professional services.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international proposals, RFI and RFP for multinational clients.
• Review tender documentation, identify requirements, deadlines and dependencies.
• Coordinate input from country teams and subject-matter experts.
• Prepare clear, structured client proposals, presentations and docs.
• Consolidate scope, pricing, assumptions and country information.
• Monitor proposal timelines and approvals for timely submission.
• Assist with client workshops, pitch meetings and clarification sessions.
• Maintain opportunity information and related documentation.
• Support mobilisation and transition of new global engagements.
• Help develop project plans, timelines, milestones and trackers.
• Prepare project status updates, meeting materials, minutes and follow-ups.
