Veeva Systems in Europe is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to drive end-to-end responses for RFP/RFI in the life sciences space. You will partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, and IT Security to craft compelling proposals that resonate with European and global customers.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI responses in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• International business experience with global time zones.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including styles.
• Experience with RFP/Strategic Response tools like Responsive, Qvidian, or Loopio.
• Experience in life sciences proposals.
• APMP Foundation Certification.
• Fluency in one or more European languages (Spanish, German, Italian, French).

Responsabilidades

• Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from receipt through submission using Responsive and other enterprise tools.
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, IT Security) to develop winning responses.
• Lead internal alignment calls and check-point discussions to understand customer needs, confirm scope, identify differentiators, and guide timelines.
• Draft response deliverables, manage workflows, and conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
• Handle multiple proposal assignments and other team projects, consistently meeting deadlines.
