Global Project Manager Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our global project delivery organization.

The successful candidate will oversee the execution of complex projects, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive business growth.

About the Role

• This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Project Manager, overseeing the execution of PMC & EPCm projects worldwide.
• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining global standards, ensuring adherence to execution methodologies, and championing digital tools and innovation in project delivery.
• As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to business development and strategic growth, driving geographic and service expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Delivery and Excellence :

Oversight of global project execution.

Sponsorship of critical global projects.

Development of year-over-year growth strategies.

Financial performance monitoring and corrective action.

Business Development and Strategic Growth :

Capability / value proposition development.

Strategic pursuit participation and commercial risk analysis.

Fostering relationships with strategic clients and global accounts.

Geographic and service expansion identification.

Governance, Standardization, and Process Management :

Global standard development and maintenance.

Execution methodology adherence.

Digital tool and innovation champion.

Operational audit conduct and continuous improvement drive.

Capability and Resource Development :

Capability and competency assessments.

Talent attraction, hiring strategy, and workforce planning.

Leadership succession plans and mentorship.

Knowledge transfer facilitation across projects and regions.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.

15–20 years' experience in Oil & Gas or Energy sector.

Proven leadership experience in multi-region portfolios and project delivery organizations.

Strong commercial acumen with direct P&L ownership experience.
