Job summary
Silimed is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead product families across their lifecycle. This role acts as the core business and scientific reference for the portfolio, turning market intelligence into strategies that drive market share, profitability and value.
You will own lifecycle management, pricing, and Go-to-Market alignment while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply teams. A hybrid Madrid-based role with global scope.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product/Portfolio Management or related strategic roles in healthcare or medical devices.
- Strong technical, scientific, or regulatory understanding preferred.
- MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for product families across lifecycle from Phase In to Phase Out.
- Develop global playbooks and ensure alignment with regulatory and commercial needs.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, volume, margins and pricing; advise execs.
- Define pricing architecture and manage budgets for new lines and expansions.
- Translate clinical and market needs into product improvements and GTM plans.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and R&D to integrate insights without replacing development.
