GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Product Service Engineering (PSE) Leader to act as the technical heartbeat for our Aeroderivative fleet.

You will guide a geographically dispersed team, drive always-on reliability, and oversee rapid field issue resolution while fostering a culture of technical excellence. You’ll lead 5 direct people-leaders and ~50 engineers across hubs in Houston, Greenville, Queretaro, Madrid and India.

Formación

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace) or related field.
• 10+ years in product service, field engineering, or technical leadership.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Hybrid work with at least 3 days/week in a GE Vernova office.
• No sponsorship for the role now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Global Front Line and QRC to drive fast, actionable solutions.
• Drive operational excellence for timely, high-quality field issue resolution.
• Orchestrate lifecycle support from QRC to RCA with product teams.
• Mentor a global team of 5 direct leaders and ~50 engineers across hubs.
• Collaborate with Regions and Product Line to support I&C and fleet reliability.
• Scale capabilities to serve high-growth customers in Power Gen and Data Centers.
• Translate field insights into preventative product improvements.
