Global Product & Platform Enablement - Data Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Product and Platform Enablement Analyst with a strong background in machine learning and statistical analysis. You will be part of our Marketing Effectiveness product team, focusing on optimizing marketing strategies through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. Your responsibilities include analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and customizing reports to support our product and platform teams. You will collaborate with professionals worldwide in a multicultural environment, gaining practical experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving. Additionally, you will work closely with technical teams to ensure issues are resolved in line with SLA agreements.

• Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and streamlining the user experience for our global product and platform systems.
• Provide first-level support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze data and models using R and Python, troubleshooting coding issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Document and track support requests, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and technical analytics skills.
• Develop user guides and support documentation to drive platform adoption.
• Utilize your technical skills and product knowledge to inform GenAI capabilities, improving user processes and reducing friction points.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience is preferred. Candidates should have solid knowledge of R and Python, machine learning and statistical modeling, optimization algorithms, database environments, SQL, performance optimization, and statistical techniques. Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, REST-API/GraphQL is also desirable.

Hybrid work model: 1 day/week at Madrid office, flexible working arrangements.
