Job summary

Galderma seeks a Product Operations Program Manager to drive the new Product Operating Model across segments, enabling timely, high-quality launches and lifecycle management. You will shape cross-functional programs, align stakeholders, and support Global Product Leaders with data-driven insights.

The role reports to the Global Head of Product Operations and requires strong analytical and program management skills in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Operations, Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in the pharmaceutical, OTC, life sciences, or biotech industry, with expertise in Product Launches, Planning & Analysis, and Life-Cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytical aspects of Product Portfolio and support the Global Product Leader to establish the Product Operating model.
• Facilitation and preparation for the cross-functional Global Product Operating team in partnership with Global Product Leader.
• Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Global Product Leader and other stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Analyze potential risks and communicate impact and timing to facilitate Global Product Operating teams.
• Mentor and coach members of the Global Product Operating team and other Operations, R&D and GPS on standard ways of working.
• Communicate clearly on scope and changes in complex programs and portfolios based on data and analysis foundations.
