Job summary

IFF is seeking a proactive Product Marketing & User Engagement Intern to support the growth and adoption of AIVA, our internal digital application used across manufacturing sites globally. You will help drive internal communications, engage users worldwide, and promote new features while gathering feedback to build a global community of AIVA champions.

The Global Digital Manufacturing Solutions team at IFF develops digital apps to improve processes and collaboration.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is required for local interactions.
Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel) and comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
Interest in digital products, change management, and user engagement across global teams.

Responsibilities

Create internal communications about AIVA features, enhancements, and success stories.
Prepare newsletters, intranet posts, and promotional materials to drive adoption.
Support global campaigns to increase awareness and usage of AIVA across manufacturing sites.
Help translate technical updates into clear messages for end users.
