IFF N&H DE GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a proactive Product Marketing & User Engagement Intern to support the growth and adoption of AIVA, our internal digital application used across manufacturing sites worldwide.

You will drive internal communications, engage users globally, and promote new features while gathering feedback and building a global AIVA community. Location options include Oviedo, Asturias, or Barcelona, Spain, with a Hybrid format (3 days on site / 2 days remote) and a monthly

Qualificações

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent English and Spanish required for most interactions in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

Create engaging communications about new AIVA features, enhancements, success stories, and best practices.
Prepare newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, user spotlights, and promotional materials.
Support communication campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of AIVA across global manufacturing sites.
Help translate technical updates into clear messages for end users.
Build relationships with AIVA users across sites to grow a global community.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing activities and showcase user stories and use cases.
Onboard new users and support feature adoption within the platform.
