The role focuses on internal communications, user engagement, feature promotion, and building a global community of AIVA users and champions. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish is required, as most interactions will be in an international environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Create engaging communications about new AIVA features, enhancements, success stories, and best practices.
• Prepare newsletters, announcements, intranet posts, user spotlights, and promotional materials.
• Support communication campaigns that increase awareness and adoption of AIVA across global manufacturing sites.
• Help translate technical updates into clear and engaging messages for end users.
