IFF seeks a proactive Product Marketing & User Engagement Intern to support AIVA, our global internal digital application. You will drive internal communications, engage with users worldwide, promote new features, gather feedback, and help build a global AIVA community.

Location options include Oviedo or Barcelona, Spain, with hybrid work (3 days on site / 2 days remote). Monthly allowance is 800 EUR gross. Open to students or recent graduates with university internship eligibility.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for international interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365—PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging communications about new AIVA features, enhancements, and user stories.
• Prepare newsletters, intranet posts, and promotional materials to drive adoption.
• Support global communication campaigns across manufacturing sites.
• Translate technical updates into clear messages for end users.
