Job summary
BUFF® seeks a consumer-focused Product Manager to shape and evolve its global product portfolio in the outdoor and sports space. You will drive lifecycle decisions, translate insights into seasonal briefs, and collaborate with regional, marketing, and development teams to keep BUFF®’s collections competitive and aligned with the brand.
You will influence pricing, plan calendars, and support sustainability initiatives while ensuring accurate PLM across the portfolio and forecasts for strong
Qualifications
- Education: BBA or similar.
- 3-5+ years in product or marketing.
- Languages: English advanced.
- IA usage knowledge (Chat GPT, Claude, Gamma, etc).
Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve BUFF’s product portfolio across the lifecycle.
- Translate consumer insights and market trends into seasonal briefs.
- Analyze product and market data to optimize portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and regional teams for launches.
- Coordinate product initiatives, licenses and seasonal timelines.
- Build and track seasonal collection calendars with stakeholders.
- Support pricing strategy and collection positioning.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and PLM accuracy.
