Flight Centre Travel Group (FCM) seeks a Product Manager to unite Compleat regional teams across Europe and beyond, Embedding a Product Management mindset, adopting Agile and Scrum, and establishing a clear two‑year vision for Compleat.

You will guide the evolution of our automation platforms, ensuring alignment with the Order Management automation strategy, product roadmaps, and long‑term technology vision while transitioning Compleat to a globally governed product.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Product Management.
Experience with SAP Compleat or similar automation systems.
Travel industry knowledge (OBT and GDS) is a plus.

Responsabilités

Define automation strategy and vision for Compleat within the company lifecycle.
Determine core automation processes and maintain a living strategic view.
Transform the team into a true Product Team and align with other Product Teams.
Manage roadmaps, sprints and stakeholder feedback across regions.
Identify needs and solutions to achieve team goals.
Lead a global, cross-regional product team and foster collaboration.
Own and develop the Product Roadmap and prioritize needs.
Coordinate integration and manage dependencies with streams.
Identify and mitigate risks in product development and integration.
