The role

As Global Product Architect for Microsoft Modern Workplace, you will lead and manage global initiatives related to productivity solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. Your primary focus will be on building global services and standards, which regional consultants can then deliver to customers.

Staying updated with the latest trends in productivity technologies, you will share knowledge within the architect community to promote innovation and best practices.

• Architectural Leadership: Own the design and architecture of productivity solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Hands-On Leadership: Engage with regional stakeholders, teams, and customers to validate and test solutions, ensuring they meet market and customer requirements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and implementation processes.
• Training Design and Delivery: Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with the skills needed to deliver global solutions effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with senior-level stakeholders, capturing requirements and driving the success of global productivity solutions.

What we need to see from you

You have extensive experience as a Modern Work and Microsoft 365 architect, leading various projects to improve productivity and collaboration, preferably with experience working in an international organisation and a detailed understanding of matrix organizational structures.

Microsoft Technology Stack: Extensive experience with Microsoft-related technologies and platforms, including Azure cloud services.

• Microsoft 365: Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and Azure.
• Automation: Using tools like PowerShell for automation.
• Copilot for Microsoft 365: Deep knowledge about Copilot for M365.
• Other Copilots and extensibility: Integrating AI-driven solutions in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and extending functionalities.

Language Skills: English language skills (C1+).

Security & Compliance: Implemented security and compliance measures according to Microsoft standards.

Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead sophisticated projects from inception to completion.

Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record of engaging with global and regional stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive project success.
