Zusammenfassung

Redion, the new name of Europ Assistance, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the Mediterranean region. You will manage end-to-end procurement processes, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and supplier performance metrics.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, ERP experience (Ivalua/SAP), and strong negotiation skills. It offers a hybrid office-based setup in Madrid with growth opportunities within a multinational team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Strong command of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with procurement and ERP systems (Ivalua, SAP or similar).
• Negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes across the Mediterranean Region, from request to PO issuance and follow-up.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase requests with internal stakeholders.
• Issue purchase orders and manage day-to-day follow-up, resolving delivery, quality, quantities or terms issues.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and Group standards.
• Support tendering processes and supplier selection activities.
• Maintain supplier master data in procurement systems (e.g. Ivalua, SAP).
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and contracts.
• Support supplier negotiations and commercial discussions with the Procurement team.
• Interface between internal requestors and suppliers on operational and contractual matters.
• Support TPM processes, onboarding, documentation, compliance checks and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Finance on budgets and spend alignment.
• Verify purchasing conditions, payment terms, and financial coding on POs.
• Assist spend analysis, reporting and data quality initiatives.
• Prepare procurement analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
