Job summary

Lightsource bp is seeking an experienced Procurement transformation leader to drive end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes globally. Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement, you will own the SAP S/4HANA procurement process, guide the digital roadmap and ensure measurable Finance-validated value across the business.

You will govern procurement policies, standardise processes, drive eProcurement and CLM implementations, and deliver analytics with dashboards covering spend, savings and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Procurement experience as a business process owner or senior lead.
• Experience leading Procurement Transformation in a global organisation.
• Proven governance, controls and compliance in procurement.
• Experience delivering procurement technology (eProcurement, CLM, supplier management and analytics).

Responsibilities

• Governance & controls: develop procurement policies and controls globally.
• SAP S/4HANA: drive standardisation, adoption and testing with Tech & Finance.
• Digital transformation: own the digital roadmap, eProcurement/eSourcing, CLM, supplier onboarding and automation.
• Data & analytics: set data standards, executive reporting and dashboards.
• Value realisation: governance of savings with Finance and scorecards.
• Process excellence: build scalable global processes to improve compliance and efficiency.
