Job summary

VASS is seeking a Senior SAP P2P / Supply Chain Consultant to join an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition project in Spain. The role requires a hands-on consultant who can take full ownership of the Purchase-to-Pay workstream from design to deployment and hypercare.

The successful candidate will thrive in lean implementation teams, contribute to Fit-to-Standard decisions, and deliver end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes in a public cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
• S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition experience highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in Procurement / Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Experience with Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes.
• At least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Experience in SAP Activate / Fit-to-Standard projects.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process design sessions.
• Translate business requirements into SAP standard functionality.
• Perform hands-on system configuration and functional setup.
• Drive design, testing, deployment and post-go-live support activities.
• Deliver Supply Chain processes including Inventory Management, Material Management, Stock Movements, Inventory Visibility.
• Support process design involving 3PL providers.
• Collaborate with O2C, R2R and other functional streams.
• Support data migration, testing and issue resolution activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

This role requires a hands-on consultant who can take full ownership of the Purchase-to-Pay workstream, from solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process design sessions.
• Translate business requirements into SAP standard functionality.
• Perform hands‑on system configuration and functional setup.
• Drive design, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support activities.
• Deliver Supply Chain processes including:
• Inventory Management
• Material Management
• Stock Movements
• Inventory Visibility
• Support process design involving third‑party logistics providers (3PL).
• Collaborate with O2C, R2R and other functional streams.
• Support data migration, testing and issue resolution activities.
• Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies and solution gaps.
