Arbex, powering household names like Andrex®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Viva®, and WypAll®, is hiring a senior procurement and performance management professional to shape value across the global organization. You’ll lead analytics, dashboards and cost-savings initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, partner with Finance and regional teams, and build a culture of data-driven decision making while ensuring integrity and efficiency.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, finance or performance management roles.
• Strong analytical and data skills (reporting tools, savings methodologies, financial validation).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and to influence without authority in a global matrix.
• Strong communication skills; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global procurement performance management framework: savings/value tracking, methodology, targets and reporting
• Consolidate and validate the global value-creation pipeline in partnership with regional and category teams and Finance
• Develop analytics, dashboards and KPIs to steer procurement performance and support leadership decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement of performance processes, tools and data quality across the function
• Assess performance through financial management, performance management and data-driven methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including analysts, managers and Procurement leaders promoting a performance-driven and value-oriented culture.
