Arbex is seeking a senior procurement leader to own Europe-procurement strategy, secure multi-country savings, and build regional category management across chemicals, packaging, logistics, and indirect spend. You will lead cross-border negotiations, engage with senior finance, and drive e-procurement initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of procurement leadership, strong cross-country experience, and fluency in English with additional European languages as a plus.

• Category expertise in 2+ of: Chemicals, Packaging, Logistics, Indirect.
• Proven savings track record at scale (> $15M/year portfolio).
• Experience managing teams across multiple EU jurisdictions.
• Fluent English required; German, French or Dutch a significant advantage.
• M&A integration or post-merger harmonization experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own Europe procurement P&L — $30–40M annual savings target across 11-person team.
• Build regional category management capability across 6 categories (Chemicals, Packaging, Recycled Fiber, Freight, ECM, MRO & Indirect).
• Lead multi-country supplier negotiations; manage complex cross-border contracts.
• Interface with ABU GM and country Finance leads on cost structure and forecasts.
• Drive transformation: centralization, process standardization, e-procurement rollout.
• Manage regulatory complexity across EU markets (CSRD, conflict minerals, etc.).
• Develop talent pipeline — coaching category managers and buyers.

About You

In one of our Supply Chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. Job responsibilities include:

• Own Europe procurement P&L — $30–40M annual savings target across 11-person team

• Build regional category management capability across 6 categories (Chemicals, Packaging, Recycled Fiber, Freight, ECM, MRO & Indirect)

• Lead multi-country supplier negotiations; manage complex cross-border contracts
