Arbex in Madrid, Spain, seeks an experienced procurement/performance professional to own the global performance management framework, develop analytics and dashboards, and drive value creation. The role partners with regional and finance teams to steer procurement performance and ensure data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate across functions, promote a performance-driven culture, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and data quality.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, finance or performance management roles.
• Strong analytical and data skills (reporting tools, savings methodologies, financial validation).
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance in a global matrix and influence without authority.
• Strong communication skills; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Consolidate and validate the global value-creation pipeline in partnership with regional and category teams and Finance.
• Develop analytics, dashboards and KPIs to steer procurement performance and support leadership decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of performance processes, tools and data quality across the function.
• Assess performance through financial management, performance management and data-driven methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including analysts, managers and Procurement leaders promoting a performance-driven and value-oriented culture.

About You

In one of our supply chain roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre.

Job responsibilities include:

• Own the global procurement performance management framework: savings/value tracking, methodology, targets and reporting
