Job summary

Fever España seeks a Procurement Lead to own end-to-end global Travel & Expenses and Communications categories, driving strategy in collaboration with Finance, Legal and Operations to scale growth from Madrid and beyond.

You will lead a team, design Fever's Vendor Risk Management program for 9,000+ vendors, and negotiate with suppliers at local to global levels while monitoring market trends and building governance policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or a related field.
• Experience managing the Travel & Expense (T&E) category highly valued.
• Experience designing or running a vendor risk management, compliance, or due diligence program is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of Travel & Expenses and Communications categories globally.
• Design and manage Fever's Vendor Risk Management program across 9,000+ vendors.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations and stakeholders to align needs and translate into procurement strategies.
• Scout, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers at local, regional, and global levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including VP-level audiences.
• Lead and develop a team and ensure execution against goals.
• Monitor market and industry trends and translate them into strategies.
• Define and roll out purchasing and vendor risk policies globally.
