UNV Iberia (Uniview) is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Security & ICT team in Madrid. You will provide technical support during the pre-sales process, help analyze customer needs, and contribute to product planning with sales and partners.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years in CCTV/ICT/high-tech, native Spanish and proficiency in English or Chinese, and willingness to travel frequently. Experience with system integrators or project-based solutions is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience in CCTV, ICT, or high-tech industries.
• Native-level Spanish; proficiency in English or Chinese.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience with system integrators or project-based solutions is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support HQ with product planning by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
• Collect and analyze business requirements and competitor information.
• Conduct market research to support product positioning and pricing.
• Provide technical support for projects, including solution design and tenders.
• Deliver technical training to distributors and system integrators.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
