Job summary

Lonza seeks a Head of PMO and Risk Management to drive strategic project execution within its global INB Operations network. You will lead the network PMO, translate business priorities into a robust project portfolio, and embed effective operational risk management across sites.

Responsibilities include shaping the portfolio, ensuring value delivery, establishing standards, and coaching Site PMO Leads across three continents and multiple sites.

Qualifications

• PMO leadership experience in a global organization.
• Experience translating strategic objectives into operational programs.
• Knowledge of Planview and recognized PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape and prioritize the project portfolio to deliver business value.
• Drive alignment and track benefits post-completion.
• Establish project management standards and tools across the network.
• Lead operational risk management and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Strengthen performance reporting with risk insights and metrics.
• Develop PMO capabilities across multiple sites and continents.
