Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking a Head of PMO and Risk Management to drive strategic project execution and strengthen risk management across our global INB Operations network.

The role requires shaping the project portfolio, establishing standards, and ensuring benefits realization through robust governance and reporting. You will build PMO capabilities across sites, lead risk assessments, and coach Site PMO leads to deliver scalable roadmaps.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Risk Management, or related.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in PMO leadership and operational risk in global org.
• Strong portfolio prioritization and governance experience.
• Familiar with PMP or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Leadership, coaching, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and prioritize the project portfolio: Translate business needs into actionable initiatives and support strategic planning.
• Drive strategic alignment and value delivery: Ensure projects contribute to objectives and track benefits.
• Establish project management standards: Develop frameworks, methodologies, and tools aligned with strategy.
• Lead operational risk management: Establish risk policies, conduct risk assessments and audits, and mitigate actions.
• Strengthen performance reporting: Manage reporting with project data, metrics, and risk insights; provide escalation forums.
• Develop PMO capabilities across the network: Support planning, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; train Site PMO Leads.
• Build strong PMO teams: Support recruitment and cross-site collaboration across sites and functions.
• Support teams across 3 continents and up to 8 sites.
