Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in program or portfolio management.
- Proven PMO leadership across global portfolios.
- Experience leading complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong governance and risk management experience.
- Experience in multi-country environments (EMEA preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and structure program objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Develop roadmaps, timelines, and milestones across workstreams.
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning services operations and transformation.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting structures.
- Track KPIs and executive-level reporting.
- Drive adoption and change management.
