Lonza is recruiting for an Associate Director PMI (f/m/d) to drive post-merger integration and carve-out activities across people, technology, processes, and governance. This global role requires hands-on PMI execution experience through due diligence, Sign-to-Close, Day 1 and beyond.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners across Finance, HR, IT, Quality, Operations, Legal and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery and readiness for transitions.

• Strong analytical and financial expertise.

• Develop and implement PMI and carve-out capabilities across people, tech, processes and governance.
• Lead PMI execution from due diligence to Day 1 and beyond.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Finance, HR, IT, Quality, Legal, Ops and Supply Chain.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and TSA management for post-close transitions.
