gategroup is hiring Global Manager - Core IT Platform Services to lead lifecycle governance and continuous improvement of all enterprise applications and business platforms (ERP, HRIS, Finance) and integration layers.

The role ensures standardized, secure, and reliable platforms aligned with IT strategy, acting as a bridge among Business Engagement, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and Service Reliability to drive scalability, roadmaps, and user adoption across global functions.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT and enterprise platforms.
• 7+ years on enterprise platforms across ERP, HRIS, Finance.
• Proven global platform standardization and vendor/SI management.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle governance of enterprise applications and platforms.
• Define platform policies, release processes, and change governance.
• Collaborate with Business Engagement, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics.
• Manage platform vendors and system integrators; ensure performance and compliance.
• Ensure platform reliability, SLAs/OLAs, and cost efficiency.
