Murphy AI—a pioneering startup—seeks its first full‑time People Operations hire to own payroll, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS (Personio) and light office management across Barcelona, London and Dubai, with satellite hires abroad. You will design scalable processes and automation to support rapid growth, while ensuring compliance and a strong employee experience.

• AI-native by default. You reach for agents, scripts, and no-code/low-code tooling before a spreadsheet.
• A scalability mindset. You think in playbooks and systems, not one-off fixes.
• Hands-on with payroll, contracting, visas, and terminations across multiple countries.

Responsabilidades

• Own payroll end-to-end: Payfit in Spain and the UK, and EOR partners elsewhere.
• Onboarding: contracting, visas, work-permit processes across markets.
• Offboarding: manage exits with focus on experience and compliance.
• Systems, scalability & reporting: own Personio data accuracy, config and adoption.
• Office management: oversee cross-location operations and vendor relations.
