Schneider Electric in Spain seeks a Senior Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll and rewards operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities.

You will set the payroll strategy, manage a team, improve processes through automation, and partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors.

Strong English and a background in HR/Finance with 4–5 years leadership preferred; leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Formación

• Strong payroll domain expertise and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR areas (payroll, personnel administration, labor code).
• Minimum 4–5 years of leadership experience in payroll or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, automation, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to change and lead others through transformation.
• Strong command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with country-specific labor laws, tax legislation, social security rules, and corporate policies.
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, controls, and audit readiness.
• Lead resolution of discrepancies and employee queries; drive improvements in accuracy and automation.
• Own and drive the payroll operating model across multiple entities/regions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Rewards, Legal, and external vendors.
