Job Description :

All of our positions are fully remote. You do not have to relocate to join us!

This role offers the opportunity to join Remote's Global Payroll team as a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist. You will be responsible for implementing new customers onto our Remote Global Payroll platform accurately and within designated timelines.

What you bring :

• Experience in Global Payroll, specifically with Spain Payroll end-to-end processes.
• Experience in Customer Implementation for Global Payroll, with knowledge of Spain payroll software.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR.
• Experience with regional/global payroll operations and statutory compliance.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with various stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, international environment.
• Team player with independence and responsibility.
• Customer service orientation.
• Proactive in improving work efficiency.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Comfortable working on a MacBook Pro.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Remote work experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of Notion, Slack, Salesforce, or A3 payroll software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary contact for customer payroll setup and transition to Remote.
• Assess payroll needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage new customer onboarding, including data collection, system configuration, payroll verification, and Go-Live coordination.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Provide training and support on payroll processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Contribute to process documentation.
• Report to: Manager, Global Payroll Implementations.
• Location: Open to applicants in UTC 0 - UTC +1 time zones.
• Start date: August 1st, 2024.

Remote Compensation Philosophy :

Remote offers fair and competitive compensation, paying above local rates to support global talent. The salary range for this position is $30,250 - $102,050 USD, depending on experience, skills, location, and market factors.
