What You’ll Do

  1. Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos
  2. Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth
  3. Work with in-country AEs on opportunities they have sourced
  4. Navigate complex mid-market organizational structures to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives with primary focus on HR, Finance and Payroll managers
  5. Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and signing contracts with internal and external teams
  6. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  7. Work closely with your dedicated SDR in executing your GTM strategy
  8. Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce
  9. Report directly to the Head of Expansion in the region

What We’re Looking For

  1. PHD – Passion, Heart and Desire to build your own legacy at Deel
  2. Self-driven HUNTER with a growth mindset
  3. Entrepreneurial DNA (job will include high and low tasks)
  4. "Just do it" attitude
  5. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AE selling global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up or tech company
  6. Demand generation experience, including prospecting and self-generating pipeline, will be key for success
  7. Proven ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle leveraging internal resources — “Win-as-One”
  8. Experience with process / playbook selling (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer-centric approaches) is a plus
  9. Experience at a start-up or in a fast-moving, scrappy environment
  10. Proficient in Salesforce
  11. Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory
  12. Excellent communication skills in English
