Una empresa líder en soluciones de nómina y cumplimiento global busca un Ejecutivo de Cuentas talentoso para unirse a su equipo. Buscamos un candidato autodirigido y con una mentalidad emprendedora que desee dejar una huella en la creciente industria de la nómina global. La posición se centra en crear demanda y cerrar acuerdos, junto con la gestión de relaciones con clientes clave. Formación

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Ejecutivo de Cuentas vendiendo soluciones de nómina global.
  • Experiencia comprobada en generación de demanda y búsqueda de nuevos clientes.
  • Capacidad para manejar ciclos de ventas complejos.

Responsabilidades

  • Establecer y desarrollar una estrategia para identificar y cerrar nuevos clientes.
  • Colaborar en la ejecución exitosa de actividades comerciales.
  • Gestionar todas las actividades de ventas y previsión de ingresos mensuales en Salesforce.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new logos.
  • Focus on demand generation activities to drive pipeline growth.
  • Work with in-country AEs on opportunities they have sourced.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with C-level executives, primarily HR, Finance, and Payroll managers.
  • Collaborate and lead successful execution of sales activities through contract negotiation and signing agreements with internal and external teams.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Work closely with your dedicated SDR to execute your GTM strategy.
  • Manage all sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Report directly to the Head of Expansion in the region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Entrepreneurial DNA, capable of handling high and low tasks.
  • Proactive attitude — 'Just do it.'
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AE selling global payroll solutions at a unicorn start-up or tech company.
  • Strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipeline for demand creation.
  • Proven ability to develop champions and execute complex sales cycles, leveraging internal resources — “Win-as-One”.
  • Experience with process / playbook selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer-centric).
  • Experience in a start-up or fast-moving, scrappy environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel within and outside the territory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
