Plug and Play in Valencia, Spain seeks an Innovation Strategist to shape and implement open innovation strategies for corporate and public-sector partners. You will lead workshops, translate insights into action, and drive projects from strategy to deployment in a global context.

Travel frequently, collaborate across cultures and time zones, and contribute to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team that values practical impact over pilots.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in open innovation or related field.
• Experience facilitating ideation sessions, design sprints, or co-creation workshops.
• Experience translating research insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive audiences.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience working with startups as solution providers is a plus.
• Public sector or government innovation experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for research is a plus.
• Additional languages, particularly Spanish, German, French, or Arabic, are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement open innovation strategies tailored to corporate and government challenges and objectives.
• Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement: Design and lead workshops to drive ideation, strategy formulation, and open innovation roadmaps.
• Research & Insights: Analyze emerging trends, market insights, and disruptive technologies to inform open innovation strategies.
• Business Development & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand open innovation initiatives and craft innovation-driven proposals.
