IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager to shape and drive the end-to-end supply strategy for new clinical trials in Madrid, Spain. You will translate study protocols into robust supply plans and lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, timely study execution.

Responsibilities include developing demand forecasts, coordinating packaging campaigns, managing IRT systems, and monitoring budgets to run projects efficiently and in line with quotations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a science or business function (preferred)
• 3–5 years industry experience in Clinical Trials (Essential)
• 3–5 years experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management (Essential)
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in English

Responsabilidades

• Interpret clinical trial protocols to create an effective supply chain solution.
• Create master English label text in accordance with regulatory framework (e.g. Annex 13).
• Create and maintain demand forecasts and packaging plans.
• Initiate packaging campaigns with vendors and oversee on-time delivery.
• Set up and monitor study IRT systems to manage inventory.
• Create distribution plans and oversee vendor execution.
• Ensure supply of all trial materials is delivered on time.
• Provide ongoing budget tracking in line with quotations.
• Maintain 100% compliance on training requirements.
• Stay up to date with GxP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead client and vendor meetings on supply chain topics.
• Create a Temperature Excursion management plan.
• Manage review of Temperature Excursions reported to IQVIA team.
• Conduct risk management assessments with mitigations.
