Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System for New Production Introduction in Europe. You will define and deploy QMS processes to meet customer requirements, drive DFx reviews, and oversee validation strategies from IQ/OQ/PQ to mass production.

You will lead launch readiness activities, ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, ANSI/ESD), and monitor performance analytics to drive continuous improvement across global operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Quality Management with NPI experience.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• Experience with DFx and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Strong data analysis and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead QMS design and deployment aligned to NPI goals.
• Drive DFx reviews and validation strategies.
• Manage launch readiness and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure regulatory conformance (ISO 13485, ANSI/ESD).
• Analyze performance data and communicate actions.
