HBK is seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Architect Lead to head our global team of Infrastructure, Cloud and Service Architects. You will own the enterprise-wide technology strategy, govern architecture governance, and align designs with business goals across multiple locations.

As Team Lead, you will mentor engineers, drive cost optimization, oversee MSP partnerships, and ensure security and compliance while delivering scalable IT solutions.

Formación

• Minimum 7-10 years of technical IT leadership or architecture management.
• Experience leading distributed/international teams across multiple locations.
• Broad technical experience across cloud (Azure/AWS), datacenter, network, server (Windows/Linux) and client platforms.
• Proven track record steering outsourced/managed service providers and driving cost optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, including budget planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and develop an international team of Architects across multiple domains.
• Establish enterprise architecture discipline and governance within the organization.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure designs align with strategy and security standards.
• Define and maintain the infrastructure and cloud architecture roadmap.
• Steer outsourced MSPs and hold them accountable to standards and security.
