IPC Systems in Madrid, a hybrid, full-time role, seeks a Network Security Architect to design and evolve IPC’s global network and security infrastructure, ensuring high availability and robust security controls.

The role collaborates with Infrastructure, Security Operations, Cloud Engineering, and business stakeholders to drive modernization and establish architecture standards aligned with IPC’s strategic goals.

Formación

• 7+ years designing, architecting, deploying, and supporting enterprise network and security infrastructures.
• Advanced expertise in Cisco networking technologies (Nexus, vPC, VRF, OSPF/BGP) and security.
• Experience with Cisco Firepower, FMC, ISE and next‑gen firewalls.
• Wireless experience with Cisco 9800 WLC.
• Ability to lead large, complex infrastructure projects across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design secure, scalable network architectures across enterprise, data center, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead deployment and optimization of routing, switching, and security technologies.
• Develop modernization strategies to reduce technical debt and improve scalability.
• Create architecture standards and runbooks; document diagrams and blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership during complex network incidents and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
