Formación
- 2+ years in Commercial Insurance with multinational experience.
Responsabilidades
- Provide proactive operational 2nd level support for Neo application including incident investigation and resolution.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to service reliability and continuous improvement.
- Support testing cycles, releases and defect resolution across environments, for continuous improvement and strategic deliverables in Neo.
- Assist with running, monitoring and improvement of AI-enabled solutions and automations.
- Work within IT service management and governance frameworks.
