Align Technology is seeking a Global Mobility Analyst to oversee and enhance its global mobility program. In this role, you will support HR and business areas with consulting advice, manage relocations, and maintain vendor relationships, with a focus on effective talent management within the Total Rewards team.

Formación

  • 4-6 years of global mobility experience.
  • Strong understanding of compensation, tax, payroll, immigration, and relocation.
  • Ability to resolve complex scenarios.

Description

As a Global Mobility Analyst, you will act as the main point of contact for Align Technology's global mobility program at both regional and global levels.

Department : Human Resources

Location : EMEA-Spain

Role overview

You will support HR and business areas with consulting advice, analysis, program administration, and maintain relationships with external vendors. Your focus will be on developing a global mobility program that effectively manages talent. You will be part of the global Total Rewards team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on international relocation policies and costs to employees and leaders.
  • Coordinate the relocation lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Manage assignment documentation and benefits for transfers.
  • Brief employees on transfer benefits and handle exceptions.
  • Work with third-party vendors to ensure service quality.
  • Manage regional HR / mobility relationships.
  • Handle multiple projects such as documentation, compliance, cost reports, payroll, and communication improvements.
  • Conduct analysis, benchmarking, and data collection.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Law) or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of global mobility experience.
  • Strong understanding of compensation, tax, payroll, immigration, and relocation.
  • Ability to resolve complex scenarios.
  • Client-focused with a passion for excellence.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
