Jobbatical is seeking a dedicated professional to assist with immigration services for relocating talent to Spain. This remote-friendly role involves managing cases, preparing documentation, and communicating effectively with clients. The ideal candidate will be a fluent Spanish and English speaker, tech-savvy, and empathetic towards the challenges faced by foreign talent.

Formación

• No prior experience required, but immigration law experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely and handling processes independently.
• Enjoys communicating and empathizing with individuals relocating.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare immigration documentation and manage caseloads.
• Build and maintain relocation guidelines for Jobbatical.
• Participate in sales meetings and conferences as needed.

Immigration and settle-in processes for talent relocating to Spain

Immigration-related procedures for employers hiring international talent in Spain

Prepare immigration documentation and attend appointments as needed

Manage your own caseload from start to finish

Build and maintain relocation processes and guidelines for Jobbatical in Spain

Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and meetings as needed

Qualifications

What helps you to succeed in this role :

• No prior experience required, but experience in immigration law will be considered a plus.
• You are a Spanish speaker, and also a fluent communicator in English.
• You are comfortable with working remotely.
• You are tech-savvy.
• You know how to prioritize, focus, and get things done.
• You have a natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles.
• You enjoy communicating with people and can explain complicated things in an understandable way.

You get some extra points if you have :

• Some knowledge of the immigration and settle-in processes.
• Experience in a client-facing position.
• Experience in multicultural and international environments.
• Lived abroad and understand the challenges faced by relocating talents.
