Bluestar Silicones, a world-leading silicone manufacturer, seeks a Digital Manufacturing Specialist (F/M) to design, deploy, and support digital manufacturing solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making across plant functions.

You will act as the plant-level SME for MES, IIoT, and related systems, collaborating with IT/IS, operations, supply chain, and technical teams to implement digital workflows, train users, and ensure cybersecurity and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience with MES, IIoT, or other manufacturing digital systems.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and digital manufacturing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization.
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead implementation and support of digital tools, manufacturing applications, and plant-level automation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for better visibility.
• Troubleshoot digital systems, document processes, and support configuration.
• Train plant users on digital applications and workflows to drive adoption.
• Support the plant's digital roadmap with vendors and internal partners.
• Collaborate across operations to identify opportunities and translate needs.
• Ensure digital solutions meet IT governance, standards, and cybersecurity.
• Other duties as assigned to support business needs.
