Formación

  • At least 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in CNS disorders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish or German is required.

Mission : Develop and implement Medical Corporate plans and ensure their success in alignment with the Company. Support of brand teams with technical expertise, interpreting data for promotional activities, and providing other medical support to maximize the company's potential.

Job description :

  • Medical strategy & operations: Develop and implement global medical affairs strategy and tactical plan for corporate medical products. Provide strategic and management support to the Head of Corporate Medical Affairs. Interpretation of key relevant scientific data, identify unmet medical, educational, and research needs within the medical community. Provide medical input direction to the development of impactful scientific and medical education messages and materials using medical expertise, customer insights, and understanding of launch strategies. Ensure a close working relationship with all functions in country and corporate including sales, marketing, market access, and patient advocacy.
  • KOL / HCP engagement: Develop external relationships with relevant medical groups and key stakeholders. KOL mapping and engagement plan (advisory board; expert meeting; editorial project management; publications).
  • Medical communication: Multi- / Omni-channel medical communication support. Respond to unsolicited requests for medical information associated with Corporate medical products. Provide medical evaluation and approval for Corporate promotional and educational materials. Publication strategy, plan, and development (congress abstracts & full manuscripts).
  • External and internal medical training / education: Medical education activities (incl. CME), events / congresses / symposia / preceptorships, patient education, MSL / medical training (e-learning, seminars, commercial excellence), medical training of commercial colleagues.
  • Research and Development: Collaborate with R&D and clinical teams to optimize educational and research support for sites / investigators participating in clinical trials. Collaborate with the R&D and clinical teams on the medical evaluation of products and new opportunities for the company. Identify and implement high impact medical research projects: Real world evidence studies / registries / patient-reported outcomes and other outcome research studies to support business objectives.

Requirements :

  • Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience as Medical Affairs Advisor in Multiple Sclerosis. Ideally, first experience with Central Nervous System indications (neurology, psychiatry, pain therapy) as well as in the field of medical cannabis. Regional or global experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong team player. Ability to work independently as a member of cross-functional teams. Communication and networking skills (internal and external). Search, identify, and analyze scientific publications.
  • Education: Medical or scientific degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine). Degree in Medicine is preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish or German.
  • Mobility: up to 40%.
