BSBI Madrid is seeking a Freelance Lecturer for Global MBA courses with expertise in System Operations, Project Management and Leadership. This role is on a freelance basis, with flexible full- or part-time engagement, starting July 2026.

Teaching in English and/or Spanish, you will deliver modules, supervise student work, and contribute to curriculum development. The position offers a 50 € per hour rate and opportunities to influence program quality across BSBI campuses.

Formación

• PhD/PhD candidate or DBA/DBAc or MBA or Master’s in business discipline.
• Experience teaching in higher education at university level.
• Excellent command of English (spoken/written).
• Spanish language proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Teach modules in English and/or Spanish according to the curriculum.
• Administer, proctor and mark assignments and exams for assigned classes.
• Design or amend curricula and syllabi as required.
• Mentor and supervise dissertations as needed.
• Provide feedback and support to students to improve performance.
• Develop lesson plans and tutoring materials for modules.
