BSBI Barcelona invites applications for a Freelance Lecturer in Global MBA with Finance and Accounting expertise. The role is offered in Barcelona, with flexible full- or part-time engagement as a freelancer, starting July 2026.

Duties include teaching in English/Spanish, supervising dissertations, and developing curricula, with strong focus on student mentoring and assessment. The position requires substantial higher-education teaching experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency

Formación

• PhD / PhDc or DBA / DBac or MBA or Master’s degree in business.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education at university level.
• Very good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office suite, and Teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum 6.5 IELTS) and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Teaching in English and/or Spanish the assigned academic modules according to the curriculum.
• Administering, proctoring and marking all students’ assignments and exams papers.
• Designing and developing a new curriculum for a module if required.
• Updating a syllabus or syllabi if required.
• Supervising dissertations per academic year if required.
• Providing consultation and mentoring to students.
• Creating assignment briefs and exams papers.
• Providing feedback to students using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Preparing lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring sessions.
