Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) is seeking a Freelance Lecturer for the Global MBA with Marketing expertise to begin July 2026. The role covers teaching, research supervision, and a blend of teaching and research across all campuses.

You will deliver modules in English and/or Spanish, design curricula, and mentor students while preserving academic standards. This flexible engagement mirrors full-time faculty duties and offers opportunities to contribute to program development.

Formación

• PhD/DBA or MBA or Master’s in a business discipline required.
• ,
• Previous higher education teaching experience is required.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office; proficient with Teams.
• Proven scholarly activity (publications) in a related discipline.
• Fluent in English; IELTS minimum 6.5.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Experience with educational platforms (Canvas, Blackboard) and timetabling tools.
• Familiarity with study regulations and rules.

Responsabilidades

• Teach modules in English and/or Spanish according to the curriculum.
• Administer, proctor, and mark exams and assignments.
• Develop or adapt a module syllabus and curriculum.
• Provide supervision for dissertations and research projects.
• Mentor and advise students; provide feedback to support learning.
• Develop learning materials and tutoring resources as required.
