BSBI—the Berlin School of Business and Innovation—invites applications for a freelance Lecturer in Global MBA with expertise in System Operations, Project Management and Leadership, starting July 2026. You will contribute to teaching across multiple modules, in English and/or Spanish, and engage in supervision of dissertations where required.

The role emphasizes curriculum design, student mentoring, and proactive academic leadership with flexible engagement terms to suit a freelance arrangement.

Formación

• PhD/DBA/MBA or Master’s in business or related field.
• Previous university teaching experience is required.
• Publications in related discipline are advantageous.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with learning platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Teach in English and/or Spanish the assigned modules according to the curriculum.
• Administer, proctor and mark all student assignments and exams.
• Design and update curricula and syllabi as required.
• Supervise dissertations or projects and provide mentorship to students.
• Develop teaching materials and provide progress feedback to students.
