Zusammenfassung

dsm-firmenich is seeking a senior leader to steer global materials planning and DRP. You will guide eight planners across regions, optimize service levels, lead times, inventory, and costs while turning complex constraints into clear business decisions.

You will shape planning strategy and advance digital tooling adoption. The role requires extensive leadership experience in supply chain, strong coaching skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 12+ years in supply chain, DRP, or production planning, preferably in FMCG or pharma.
• Demonstrated leadership of planning teams with coaching mindset.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead a global team of eight materials and DRP planners across regions.
• Run daily, weekly and monthly global planning rhythms and allocate constrained materials.
• Improve service, lead time, inventory and cost through planning strategies.
• Drive adoption of planning-system recommendations and digital tools.
• Turn data and supply risks into options and decisions for leaders.
