Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Senior Analyst Global Costing to manage costing for a broad portfolio of own produced materials across multiple sites and SAP environments. You will partner with commercial and production teams to explain unit cost changes and support pricing decisions.

In this role you will own the Global Product Cost Consolidation Tool, drive continuous improvements in costing procedures, and lead the monthly close and planning cycles for global unit costs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance and/or ACCA, CPA or any other financial certification.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience; experience in manufacturing sites OR in product costing would be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large datasets and interlinked IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Global Costing for a significant portion of dsm-firmenich own produced materials.
• Partner with Commercial Teams to explain unit cost evolutions for pricing decisions.
• Own the Global Product Cost Consolidation Tool (customized SAP solution) and drive improvements.
• Improve global costing procedures and tools with a customer focus and lean mindset.
• Lead monthly close and planning cycles costing processes and forecasts.
