Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid invites high-potential graduates to join the Future Talents: Europe - Global Markets - Structuring program. You will work in an international, fast-paced environment, designing bespoke financial solutions and supporting client discussions across Europe.

Ideal candidates hold a quantitative degree, have strong English, and are eager to learn through immersive training, mentoring, and hands-on project experience across Madrid, Paris, and London.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required or preferred.
• Strong English proficiency; another language is a plus.
• Advanced analytical/numerical skills with financial modelling and programming knowledge.
• Interest in financial markets, derivatives, structured solutions and client problems.

Responsabilidades

• Design bespoke financial solutions addressing complex client needs across products.
• Translate trends and regulatory developments into innovative products and strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading and Quant teams to take ideas through structuring and execution.
• Build and enhance financial models and tools to price and monitor transactions.
• Prepare high-quality pitch materials to support client discussions.
