Santander is launching Future Talents: Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe - Global Markets - Structuring, designed for final-year students and recent graduates with a strong academic background and high English proficiency.

You will join an international, fast-paced environment in Europe, gaining hands-on exposure to live business activity and developing technical, commercial and interpersonal skills for a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

Responsabilidades

• Design bespoke financial solutions by combining products such as derivatives, financing and securitisation solutions.
• Translate market trends, regulatory developments and technical insights into innovative products and investment strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trading and Quantitative teams to take transactions from initial idea through structuring and execution.
• Build and enhance financial models and tools used to price, structure and monitor transactions.
• Prepare high-quality pitch materials and presentations to support client discussions and transaction execution.

This program is designed for final-year students and recent graduates with a strong academic background, a high level of English and a keen interest in global financial markets. You will join an international and fast-paced environment, gain hands‑on exposure to live business activity and develop the technical, commercial and interpersonal skills needed to build your career in Corporate & Investment Banking. The program is expected to start in July or September 2027, depending on the country.

As part of Santander Future Talents: Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe - Global Markets - Structuring, you will contribute to Global Markets activities and work alongside experienced professionals across Europe. Some of your responsibilities will be:
